The Adventure of the Blue Arrow, a bittersweet tale inspired by Gianni Rodari's masterpiece, tells the heroic journey of a colorful group of courageous toys who, rather than remain safe in the shop window, choose to follow their hearts, fleeing the store and setting out to try to change the rules. The dangerous space outside, dominated only by snow and wind, reflects an unjust world, full of individualism and social inequality. Venturing into this hostile place, the toys will learn to value the things that truly matter: solidarity, friendship, and hope. Pursued by a comical pair of old ladies, none other than the icy Befana and her ditzy servant Teresa, they will face all sorts of adventures to find Francesco and give themselves to him. A magical and enthralling nocturnal adventure, which sees the human and the inanimate collide to such an extent that the boundary between them blurs, and which, for this reason too, is brought to life on stage through the interaction of actors, colored silhouettes, and shadows.
