Pepe and Ciro, two poor farmers plagued by ancestral hunger and a greedy and stingy wife and sister, find themselves having to battle a shady character, Doctor Crastulo, who wants to deceive the villagers. Only with the help of books can Pepe and Ciro, transformed into knights-errant, defeat the scoundrel. The show, inspired by one of the greatest novels in world literature, Don Quixote by Miguel Cervantes, uses a comedic approach to educate both adults and children about the pleasure and importance of reading.
