At odds with each other, at odds with the world, happily unsuitable. For Corrado Nuzzo and Maria Di Biase, neither the saying "birds of a feather flock together" nor "opposites attract" apply, because nothing unites them and everything distances them. And yet, despite this, for several years they have continued to be together in life and on stage: why? Because they love diversity, because they feel like fish out of water, because they are outsiders, but above all because their discomfort makes them successful.

Using a consolidated empirical method, these two distinguished scholars of the human soul will work with the audience to codify the present, minimizing comparisons with the past and fears for the future. Victims, like everyone else, of digital incivility that simplifies content, indulges laziness, and weakens memory, they will nevertheless strive to prioritize analysis over judgment, allowing themselves the luxury of pausing for a moment to recount the disasters they see around them.

Aware that you can't laugh at everything and everyone, they remain determined to try until the end. Will they find common ground in this show, or will they remain completely incompatible? You'll only find out at the theater.

Following the resounding success of Eugène Ionesco's Delirio a due, directed by Giorgio Gallione, which sold out countless times throughout Italy over two years of touring, Corrado Nuzzo and Maria Di Biase return to the theater where they themselves are authors, with a strongly desired show that draws inspiration from their own lives (including as a couple) and from their curious observation of the lives of others. For Totally Incompatible, they are once again partnering with Agidi and Nido di Ragno for the co-production.
