With the project VECTORS, La Contrada continues to support research and experimentation through the creation of experiences through spaces in which artists from various fields, scholars and citizens can put their skills into play, in order to give life to shared knowledge. The artist, as bearer of 'unstable equilibrium', will be the catalyst that inspires the active spectator to develop a new awareness of the remote and unexpected connections between different cultures and individuals, for the prefiguration of an "after", which we imagine with boundaries that are still unstable.

Puppet Theatre

with Enej Gala and Elena Ajani Residency from 1 to 15 April 2023 Collateral event: 3 April 2023 at 6.00 pm TEATRO DEI FABBRI: Puppets and friends. With Enej Gala, Elena Ajani. Expert spectator: Daniela Gattorno. Intervention out of the chorus: Mario Bobbio Return 12 April 2023 at 6.00 pm Teatro dei Fabbri, Via dei Fabbri 2 In recent years, puppetry has had an extraordinary creative development, integrating tradition with modernity and contemporary theatre. A surprising evolution that touches on mechanics and invades the field of contemporary art. The dancer hindered by the marionette must adapt to the needs of the strings, just as the movements of the marionette must adapt to the needs of the choreography. A dance of obstacles that results in a continuous challenge. In collaboration with the Association -TNK- of Nova Gorica.”(E.G.). Event included in the GO2025 program.

Is slipping on ice a metaphor for our daily life and feelings? Para-metaphysical reflection on unstable balances. With Mattia and Davide Bonetti, Carlo Cerato. Expert spectator Daniela Gattorno. Intervention out of the choir Livia Amabilino and Mario Bobbio. Return 30 April 2023 at 6.00 pm Teatro dei Fabbri, Via dei Fabbri 2 “We chose an objective impediment like ice shoes to develop, from a limit, a new movement vocabulary. We are interested in understanding how a human walks with 6kg of ice shoes on his feet. How does he run? How does he dress? But above all, how does he do acrodance? We also want to integrate some of our passions into our show, such as magic, cooking, freestyle rap and sadomasochistic sex. Well, maybe not everyone... Maybe cooking, freestyle rap and sadomasochistic sex. Well, maybe not everyone... Maybe not the kitchen."

The Colombian writer places the work of three European visual artists who lived in the 16th century at the center of three stories and leads literature to reflect on art in general, on its status and on its effectiveness - even when it aims to bear witness and denounce extermination.
