The company explores the boundary between reality and representation, transforming real-life interviews into documentary theater through multimedia languages that intertwine investigation, dramaturgy, and images. In this artistic residency, the collaboration with Lucija Klarić, a Croatian playwright and linguistic mediator, and Angela Dematté, an Italian playwright specializing in identity issues, enriches the creative process: Klarić ensures the linguistic and cultural authenticity necessary to address the complexities of the Italian-Croatian border, while Dematté transforms the territorial linguistic hybridization into mature and incisive stage writing.

Directed by Merli and starring Serena, the project stems from local research supported by Dramma Italiano. It focuses on the dynamics of belonging, cultural identity, and the relationship between languages and communities, giving voice to stories that portray borders not as lines of separation, but as spaces for encounter, conflict, and cultural reworking.
